How do I store my Wildgrain products?
All Wildgrain products are designed to be stored in your freezer until you are ready to bake them. Do not thaw them beforehand; they go straight from the freezer to your oven for the best results.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. We use insulated packaging and dry ice to ensure your sourdough, pasta, and pastries stay frozen throughout the journey.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your subscription. You can skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard before your next billing date.
Are your products vegan-friendly?
Many of our sourdough breads and fresh pastas are vegan. However, some of our pastries and specialty items contain butter or eggs. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for details.
What should I do if my order arrives thawed?
If your items arrive warm to the touch or completely thawed, please contact our support team immediately. We stand by our 'Stay-Frozen Guarantee' and will happily replace any affected items.
